HPCL, Mumbai FCCU Regenerator J-Bend Transfer Line Section was fabricated at Shop and Replacement was done at Site. This job involved CS, SS, Inconel welding for the seams and 18 nozzles. After the fabrication refractory work was also carried out inside the Transfer Line.

Replacement of Cladded Crude Column Top of 9.6Mtr diameter &28mmthk by cutting the old top and welding of the new section of weighing 210MT. Also various nozzles of this column were altered/modified to enhance the capacity of the Crude Column for Reliance Jamnagar. Similarly nozzles modifications were carried out for various equipment in Reliance Refinery.

Dome Replacement of FCCU Regenerator for Technip KTI @ Kochi Refinery. This job involved assembling of the cyclones with new dome and replacement of old dome. This job also required Refractory/Resco Lining application of the cyclones and the dome.
